(1) The Contractor provides services in the area of creation, setup, and optimization of advertising campaigns via Google Ads.
(2) The advertising budget is determined by the Client and billed by the platform provider (e.g. Google).
(3) The advertising account remains the property of the Client.
(4) The Contractor only receives access to carry out the agreed services.

(3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
